STUDIO RENTAL

Terms and Conditions for Booking Omni Soundlab

• 1. Booking and Payment

$35,000 CLP + VAT per hour

$30,000 CLP + VAT per hour for more than 3 hours

$250,000 CLP + VAT per full day (9 hours)

A 50% payment is required at the time of booking. The other 50% is paid after the session

All bookings are subject to availability

• Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the reservation date will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance will result in the total loss of the reservation fee.

• Responsibility for the work:

The studio provides technical assistance in stereo and immersive audio. The final production and creative direction are the sole responsibility of the artist or group making the reservation.

We are not responsible for the quality or content of the recordings, we only provide the technical resources.

• Configuration and Equipment:

If artists plan to bring a complex setup or several instruments, they must notify the studio in advance to ensure adequate preparation and optimal recording conditions.

• Damages and Liability:

The individual or group making the reservation is responsible for any damage caused to the studio’s equipment or property during their session. Any damage must be reported immediately and may result in additional charges.

The studio is not responsible for personal belongings left in the studio.

• Code of Conduct:

All artists must adhere to the studio’s code of conduct. Any violation may result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

Respectful behavior towards staff and proper care of the studio space and equipment is expected at all times.

• Additional Technical Support:

If additional technical support is required beyond what is provided, it may incur additional charges. This must be discussed and agreed upon in advance.

• Group Size Limit:

The number of people attending a session must be confirmed with staff in advance.

• Changes and Modifications:

The studio reserves the right to make changes or modifications to these terms and conditions without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the group making the reservation to review these terms before each session.

STUDIO GUIDELINES

– Respect and Inclusion: The studio is dedicated to maintaining a respectful, professional, and inclusive environment at all times. We have a zero-tolerance policy towards racism, sexism, or any form of discrimination or harassment. All persons within the studio are expected to treat each other with respect and dignity.

– Punctuality: Punctuality is an intrinsic value of the studio. If it is necessary to reschedule, it must be notified 48 hours in advance; otherwise, the hours will be considered fulfilled.

– Safety: Safety is prioritized, and equipment should always be operated correctly and safely. If there are any doubts, ask the staff for help.

– Cleanliness: Keep the studio clean and organized. This includes cleaning up after yourself, disposing of trash appropriately, and returning equipment to its place. Leave the studio as you found it. If it is necessary to leave any equipment connected, check with the engineer in charge if possible.

– Noise Levels: Be aware of noise levels. Avoid using the system at high volumes to prevent damage.

– Equipment Use: Handle all studio equipment with care. Do not use equipment that you are not trained or authorized to use. Always ask the spatial sound engineer to perform a speaker test at the end of each session to ensure that the equipment is in good working order.

– Food and Drink: No food or drink is allowed near the equipment or in the recording areas.

– Smoke-Free: The studio is a smoke-free environment. Smoking is not allowed inside the studio.

– Studio Bookings: Do not stay longer than assigned if another person or group has booked after you.

– Security: Never leave the studio unattended and always close all doors when leaving.

– Guests: No visitors or guests are allowed in the studio without prior approval.

– Report Problems: If there is any problem with the equipment or with the studio, report it immediately to the corresponding staff member.
